  • We have been without heat since 12/9. L&S was assigned to our condo by our home warranty. Same deal as everyone else. They told us our unit was operating correctly and that we needed to let it run. 12/27 still no heat. No answer from L&S and now our home warranty refuses to assign another contractor. This place is a joke. First American Home warranty is a joke.
