  • Review for solely the Carrot Cake: carrot cake lovers looking for an inexpensive, delicious cake for a birthday or occasion should look no further than Earth Fare. This carrot cake is moist with ingredients like raisins, nuts and even coconut (my favorite)! We ordered our cake for Easter so Earth Fare decorated it however they thought was best (we gave them creative freedom) and they did such a beautiful job, covering it in frosting roses! The middle layer was cream cheese frosting while the rose layer of frosting is cream cheese mixed with buttercream because buttercream holds decoration better than just cream cheese frosting. Highly recommend getting one of these decorated!
