  • I ordered a tres leches cake a week in advance for a birthday party and prepaid it at the check out. With my prepaid receipt in hand I came by 30 minutes before pick up time and cake was no where near ready. The bakers were confused with where my order was and if I didn't have the receipt in hand they were blaming it on the girl that took my original order and of course she was not there that day. I said it's not a big deal and I will just take a premade one, but they wanted me to pay 3 times the original price I paid the first time! I clarified i did not want a bigger or special made cake, just the small tres leches cake I originally ordered. A manager came out and basically had to let the bakers know I already prepaid a week ago. Terrible service but the cake was good. Also they do not provide lids for your cake. They said they just don't have any. Honestly, you can find better produce, service and pricing at other supermarkets. Will avoid at all cost. Not worth the headache.
