  • I called my home warranty company and this is the company they sent out. I called because water was gushing from underneath my toilet. I needed a 30 mins heads up so I could get from work to home and we both got there at the same time. Pete and Daniel arrived and informed me that based on what they heard when the flushed the toilet, it might be the wax ring. They were right, the wax ring was shot and water was spilling over it and coming from under the toilet. They fixed it in no time and even cleaned up after themselves. They were very professional, polite and courteous and even funny. Pete was very knowledgeable and was able to answer another plumbing question I had about the sound my pipes were making when the water ran.
