| - Last 5 years I have rented- as an individual- from Enterprise upwards of $14,000 in rides. Made reservation at the Jones/Sahara Enterprise for a car, one week, $220. What happened? Reservation meant nothing. Had a young rude, shall I say, girl, smugly and with no apology tell me she doesn't have my RESERVED car and I will have to take a car costing 3 times the agreed to price. I had a repairman waiting for my actual vehicle and so took it, but vowed to return it next morning. I did. When I returned the car a manager inquired and I told him about this smug rude female. He acted concerned, said that's not right and, in next breath, said he would have to charge me for a gallon of gas I owned him, even though I stopped and gassed up. He explained that the indicator makes it hard to tell, but I owed him the gallon. Never again, I thought.
Don't ask me why, but I contacted the Enterprise on Fort Apache. Got Tim on the phone and told him what you just read. He guaranteed me my car. Next morning I show and Tim is my guy. Well spoken (unlike two other Enterprises in immediate area) and well versed. Knows a lot about the cars. No pushing. None of those phony handshakes, just good service.I would suggest going to this Enterprise on Fort Apache/Off Tropicana rather than the two on Sahara. Ask for Tim.
