Can not overstate how poor their service is.
1.) Takes weeks just to get a technician to turn on service at your house
2.) Requires multiple trips (and more weeks) to get internet working
3.) Customer service is generally not helpful
4.) Will keep on charging you for months after you return a leased modem despite telling you it's no longer associated with your account.
5.) Website is terrible. To submit an issue via email to customer service you have to fill out all your account info - what is the point in logging in? Likewise when you call you have to tell the robot all your info, and then as soon as you start talking to an agent you must tell them all all your info again.
