  • Staying at Alt Hotel for 2 weeks for work related travel. The service has been great. When I was paying for dinner one night, I casually mentioned to Kyle that I had forgotten to get an itemized receipt for my breakfast earlier in the day. When I woke the next morning, the receipt was reprinted and slipped under my door. Totally unexpected an completely appreciated!!! Great job, Kyle! The room is the prefect size for a business traveller, the bed is SUPER comfy! I slept just as soundly as I do at home! I'll definitely stay here on my next trip to Toronto!
