  • Like the other reviews great staff if they know they are getting money! Brought in a puppy we had taken from not a very good owner we spent well over $1000 on meds and IV's and etc. he did turn around and got happy and healthy so for that they get the stars. But when we brought him in today after he had fallen in the pool and was in verge of dying and could have had some CPR or any help at all, as they are 2 blocks from my house, my husband was told no turn around and go to 43rd Ave and cactus to the emergency vet. My question why do you have an emergency entrance if you don't take them??????? So while speeding up the street our dog passed! So as long as they are breathing and you have a deep wallet go ahead ! Just because of their pure lack of compassion what so ever! Never will we be going back! Have to say the staff at the 43rd Ave and cactus place were very compassionate and gracious to help us.
