AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
They took advantage of me being a young woman who "supposedly" doesn't know anything about cars (I grew up in a car family and the only reason I don't do my own maintenance is because I live in an apartment complex and don't have the tools). I was having an issue with my EPS, and they informed me that at the very least I would have to replace the battery, if not replace my entire steering column. Which is completely false, might I add- the issue lies somewhere within the electrical connection, not the column itself.
They informed me they stocked Duracell batteries, which is what I assumed they would install in my vehicle. Instead, they put in a generic, bottom of the line battery listing for $114. I walked out the door after being charged a total of $300 for labor and diagnostic check that AutoZone could have done for free.
The problem still hasn't been resolved. But I nor anyone I know will NEVER be returning. Drastically overpriced and they try to coerce you into work you don't need just to make money. Absolutely ridiculous.
NOTE: I later took my vehicle to the dealer I bought it from, informed me the work was under warranty, and my car has yet to act up again. I walked out the door with a bill that was completely covered by warranty. So I paid $300 for literally nothing at Mr. Tire.
