| - Extremely customer-centric, I mean sap-happy customer-centric! How they do that all day long, idk, but these folks can do it!
Other pluses: Enough agents so there was virtually zero wait-time, they readily honored the auto body shop's deep discount and they shuttled to anywhere in the general area.
Car was a low-mile, like-spankin'-new '17 Corolla. It blew more cold air than the beer caves at the convenience stores! But they also offered me about seven different choices, including a Jeep, a pickup truck and a medium-SUV. Another venue mighta said that, for the discounted rate, you have to just eat this one.
The key fob was sort of fallin' apart, the hole for the key ring was busted open. So when I was in my FedEx office, I took five minutes to laminate, trim-up and hole-punch them a new one. OK, I am OCD. (These days that's considered some kind of mental disease, but in my younger days during my business career it was considered an asset called 'being precise & meticulous.')
But it wasn't just that ... or altruism ... that caused me to fix it. I figured that a key fob ... and its key ... getting separated (either while in my possession or after I relinquished it) could easily turn into a problem for me.
Anyway, when I showed them my Boy Scout merit badge handicraft, they knocked $10 off my bill, under customer goodwill. How's THAT for thoughtful goodwill?
And they've got one of those ring-a-ding-ding hotel-desk-bells on the counter. Ring it - to acknowledge your satisfaction - and everyone drops what they are doing to cheer and shout out! And I thought they only did that sort of thing at new car dealerships and such.
Janice, Samantha, Nikki and Richard (who has earned a business card, even if he is just a summer intern) all went over-the-top to make my presence in their venue a quick ... and practically fun ... experience.
I know that EnterpriseRAC agents typically & constantly work under tight deadlines and long hours, so all these folk deserve some corporate kudos for their excellence in this regard.
Of course you'll probably pick your RAC venue mostly based on proximity. But if you are proximate to this venue, drop on in. I bet you'll probably ring the bell, too!
