| - Patrick at U-Haul location 2620 W Horizon Ridge Pkwy, Henderson, NV 89052 charged me $10 for the CDW option, when I already put the order online first without the CDW option. He didn't ask me if I wanted it, but put it in my order after my order was already completed online with the mobile pick-up option. He put in the information after I had finalized the order online without the CDW option. I thought he was just processing the online order I already did, but he apparently put in a new order with the $10 CDW option included without telling me, and then he said it was because it came up by default when I called and spoke with him later after seeing my receipt. I figured there would be no insurance charge at all before seeing the receipt because I declined the optional $10 CDW as I always have. I was shocked to see the $10 charge on the receipt, so I called the location, and Patrick just said it was on there by default and I would have to resolve it by calling 1-800-468-4285. I called them, and they eventually said the refund would need to come from the specific U-Haul location. I haven't received a refund yet. Patrick should have just processed my original order without his own mistake of putting in a new order that included the $10 CDW. I have several receipts over the past 2.5 years showing I had never been charged the optional $10 CDW until Patrick screwed up my order, and charged me $10 for the optional CDW. My online order was already done for processing without him making modifications and adding the optional $10 CDW to my order. I should be refunded the $10 he put on the order. He didn't even offer for the mobile check-in when I came in and told him I was just there for pick-up.
