  • First off let me say, the sales guy Steve Lutz and the manager Mike of Horne Motors Mesa are bold face LIARS!!!! I bought my Nissan Frontier from there although I tell everybody I bought it from East Valley Nissan formerly Earnhardt Nissan. My stepdaughter also bought a Toyota Corolla from Horne and we both love our vehicles. My issue is with lying no clue having Steve and slick greasy lying Mike the manager. The finance guy Tim was great to work with. So, Steve made a promise to my fiancée and I during the sale of the truck to me. This promise was a lie and Mike led us to believe it was also true. Mike claimed he would honor the promise that Steve made and he actually stated that Steve dropped the ball but he would make it right, which was a lie. Mike never intended to make it right because after I spoke to him he told me to give him 1 week which I gave him 3 weeks just to be sure. Every time I called to speak to Mike the person that answered the phone would tell Mike that I was on the phone and on 2 occasions I heard Mike say to tell me he was with a customer (which was a lie) and he would call me back. He NEVER would call me or take my call again. The dysfunctional people that work there always gave Mike an excuse for not taking my call. So, after 2 months of getting the runaround I had my fiancée call Horne's Corporate office and she spoke to Mike's boss whose name is also Mike but he's the GM of Horne Mike Housh. Mike Housh handled to situation perfectly. He himself contacted the snakes Mike and clueless Steve at Horne Motors Mesa and found out they did lie to us and never intended to honor their promise. GM Mike Housh honored their promise after we dealt with them liars to no avail and we are thankful for that. There are a LOT of other lies Steve and Mike told us and I would discourage anyone from going to this car lot and dealing with these two. I love my truck and my stepdaughter loves her car but we will never refer or tell anyone where we bought them because of them two liars. They actually lost business (I'm sure they don't care) because I have lots of people I could've sent there to purchase a vehicle. Thank you GM Mike Housh for the check. Steve Lutz and Mike the manager at Horne Motors Mesa, I never want to do business or see them again in my life which I'm sure they don't care and neither do I.
