  • Hands down, WORST SERVICE! My 10year old daughter and I decided to stop in Great Clips for a quick shape up of our do's. This was only our second visit to a Great Clips and while it is not a salon, I thought it'd do. After a 15 minute wait a rude lady, JILL called us back. I informed her my daughter has an extremely sensitive scalp and I'd like for her to be easy. She informed me my daughter had not brushed her hair and handed me the comb to brush while she walked away. No big deal. I can do this. I asked for detangle. Her answer was NO. After 10mins or so, I asked again for detangler and then a 3rd time. I finally said, "do you just not want to apply detangler??" she completely greased my daughters head down (it was horrible!) and began yanking my daughter's hair. I informed her agin my daughter has a very tender scalp. She proceeded yanking my daughter's hair until she was sobbing and I had to ask JILL to stop. I told her I would finish combing the grease thru my daughter's hair and she would NOT stop yanking my daughter's hair!! My daughter is still sobbing and humiliated! Finally I said "I have asked you 3 times now to stop, I will finish" and JILL informs me someone else would take care of my daughter's cut. We moved to the next booth and she had the nerve to tell me "that's my comb and I want it back!!" seriously?? Besides the crapy attitude and thickly applied hooker BLUE eyeshadow, her behavior was beyond anything acceptable. The audacity of people!!
