| - I was there this past Sunday with my husband. It was a picture perfect day, so we sat outside to enjoy the ambiance. You know, the gentle breeze, the waterfalls, the scenery...We even spotted Teller (from Penn &Teller). Then, this kid (probably about 5 years old) began SCREAMING at the top of his lungs. It was so annoying that Teller even glared over at the parents, and subsequently, very abruptly left. So then they allowed the child to get up and run around, at which point he fell, and was crying. I informed the staff of my dismay, and said that we were there to enjoy our lunch, but couldn't because the PARENTS disrespect by allowing their child to scream and run around. At which point, the staff said, "Well, they're friends of the owner, so there's nothing we can do." Really? So, if your friends with the owner, you can RUIN other patrons' experience? Is that how you operate a business? We've been there countless times, and it's always perfection. I'm so disappointed in the manner in which this situation was handled.
