  • I went in there to get some sand paper and other supplies as well as to find out some information on special ordering some lumber. After going back and forth between 3 people who told me to go speak to each other person I ended up sitting with my 7 year old in the door section waiting for some other person they called 4 times that never came. I waited for a little over an hour. The gentleman that had called the other associate asked me to leave my contact information and the names of the lumber i was looking for, etc....and they would give me a call later that day.....A WEEK LATER.....i get a call while im at work that i have to send to my voicemail and the voicemail says that they would not be able to order the kind of lumber i was looking for and that i should try this other local place down the road. This is something that could have been told to me in the store I was extremely peeved that 1 it took them so long to get back to me and 2 they left a voicemail instead of trying to get ahold of me again or leave a number for me to call back on after having me wait that long in the store.
