rev:text	I just got an email from Enterprise directing me to leave a review here, so here goes: pretty much every service in CU sucks. Renting a car is no different. However, despite this cynicism and my 3 star rating, this specific location is the ONLY non-airport car rental agency of any kind I have been mostly able to tolerate doing business with in the area. The Enterprise on Neil BLOWS. This location has always provided good service, waits and inconveniences usually made better by on the spot vehicle upgrades and other small perks and allowances. Enterprise is the cheapest, by far, of all the agencies out there, and their cars are typically in very good condition. (Just completely forget about Hertz if you are allergic to smoke.) Enterprise as a company also offers pick up and drop off service, which is SUPER. Ok, so here are my reasons for the 3 point score: EMPLOYEES ARE CONSTANTLY PARKING RENTAL CARS IN THE HANDICAPPED SPOT. THEY WILL NOT STOP. THEY ALLOW PERFECTLY MOBILE CUSTOMERS TO PARK THERE AS WELL. THEY ARE ABOUT TO LOSE MY BUSINESS. SERIOUSLY, THIS IS DISCRIMINATION AND I CAN'T ABIDE IT. I rent cars quite often and I would rather give my money to an awful organization like Hertz than put up with this idiotic selfishness. It's seriously insulting to anyone who needs handicapped parking. It sends a message that people with physical disabilities are not welcome there. I am livid every time I see them do it, and become even more angry when I mention it and am met with dumbfounded nonchalance by the staff. Ugh. Quit it, Prospect Enterprise. This isn't 1954. Wake up and smell the discrimination! Also, there is ALWAYS a wait, a line, a bunch of fumbling around whenever I go in there. It's super annoying. If they are going to so consistently make people wait, then they need to provide more chairs and also kind of clean up the lobby area so that people can be comfortable while they are waiting 30 minutes for a car they reserved. It feels dumpy in there. I've spent enough time sitting around waiting for them to get their act together to have noticed.
