I called Service Dept with questions about my TLX I had purchased a few months ago. Qua asked if I could stop by. He not only helped me with programming my phone, we went through all the settings. He filled a low tire, washed the car and even vacuumed it personally. It was the middle of the day so they weren't rushed, yet he didn't have to do any of that. He went above and beyond to give exceptional service, and invited me to have refreshments in the lounge while I waited for my car. I had previously taken it in and experienced the same level of service by him - very thorough, and knowlegeable.
