  • Pros: Free wifi. Cons: -really narrow security line -not many power outlets by the gates and some didn't work -no gate agents to be found on a Saturday after Christmas--especially troubling when my flight got cancelled, luckily I got through to the airline on the phone -the most confusing path to car rental return I have ever seen in my life, and judging by other cars on the road, they were puzzled too -the concessions/stores in Terminal 3 closed early (5 and 5:30). Faced with the prospect of being stranded there all night, I had to buy food early or I would have been stuck with nothing. Also, pickings were extremely slim for food shops.
