  • The customer service at 32 Shea has been consistently awful over the past few years. It's disappointing because I really enjoy their food! I typically go through the drive-thru and I always sit there for a few minutes while the three or four staff members who can clearly see me just completely ignore me. The times I've tried to get their attention were a waste. It's interesting how most of their staff has the exact same attitude. Really really weird.
