  • Sucks for the service department reviews on here. I can only speak from my experience with the car dealership itself. We had a great experience with a wonderful and knowledgeable salesman who was very helpful. When we wanted the car in a specific color/trim combination, they bent over backwards to find us exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately, we were going to have to order a new car that wouldn't have been here till October and wouldn't have been eligible for the CARS program by then, so we went elsewhere. I would totally go back if I ever wanted a Ford.
