  • These guys were awesome. They were kind and honest and competent. I visited Toronto last month with what appeared to be a problem with my fuel filter. These guys quickly told me they couldn't get a reading from my computer and sent me to the dealership, which tried to sell me first a new engine and then a new car. The one useful piece of information they gave me was that my alternator bolt was loose. Not trusting the dealership, I went back to Dufferin & Bloor. They replaced the bolt, refused to charge me and made a lighthearted observation about American politics. With their help, I got safely home, where I discovered the problem was the computer failure itself. I keep the bolt they replaced in my car as a good luck charm to remind me of their kindness.
