  • I rented the 5 in 1 combo as a waterslide. From the beginning, Bill was very courteous and explained the process and saved me money on a generator telling me that I didn't need one (I thought I did). I also rented 2 tables and 12 chairs because they came at a reduced rate with the waterslide rental. I can't explain how huge this sits in my book because the expenses can start adding up fast and most other companies don't give discounts at all. The day of the event, they came to setup earlier than expected and picked up on time. Everyone was friendly along the way and the quality of the waterslide was amazing. It was better and bigger than expected. I used to work for a different party rental company in the past, but I'll definitely use Bouncy Bouncy for any future rentals due to the service.
