I have had some challenges with Cox, but how companies handle concerns can make all of the difference. In a perfect world the original Representative should have recognized my frustration and retained my business. Unfortunately, not everyone is as engaged and takes the needed ownership in the customer. Spring is an example of the model employee any company would want on their team.
