  • My Mother had Cassidy Law Office do her Estate Planning She recently passed away. I waited several months to see if I and all my siblings were to be contacted to settle her estate. I finally called and was told that I can not be given any information on the Living Trust. Only the successor can give information. They could not even tell me who the successor is. So what are lawyers for. How do I know what actually are my Mother's wishes. I hold the POA for my Mother and I could not even get any information, considering they have my POA on file. My Mother paid for a law firm to just hold a piece of paper. You can do a Living Trust online without paying for a lawyer.
