  • This gym has a great location and the staff are friendly, energetic and upbeat. Its a small gym so it does get crowded and the members don't pickup after themselves like they should. The classes are great and for such a small location I have never had any issues finding machines etc. The only downfall (and not really any fault of the gym) is their horrendous parking lot! The winters are the worst because the plow makes a mess. Sometimes you miss a class because you circle around and around. I've seen people park by value village and walk in -13 degree weather- those are REAL troopers!
