  • My husband and I LOVE Ah-So's Teppanyaki, and usually frequented the Peoria location. Unfortunately, this time, the sushi chef sneezed all over his prep area. Without covering his mouth, turning away, or otherwise making an effort to block his bodily fluids from coming in contact with the prep area and RAW seafood. The worst part: he kept prepping. No sanitization. We pointed it out to the manager as we left, and were made fun of. Suffice to say, never again.
