This company is maddening. They charge an arm and a leg for shipping - your stuff sits at a warehouse forever despite the promised delivery dates, and then when they finally "contact" you to set up the "mutually acceptable delivery time" the store promised, the delivery company does it by a text message - without any input - and you cannot respond. Not going to be home? Does not matter. Call the delivery company? Sit on hold for 30 minutes to be told situation is fixed -- only to receive the same text message two hours later. Call again? Yep, like Groundhog Day it happens again. Seriously nothing is worth this aggravation, or time. Granted it is a third party delivery service but West Elm is zero help and charges literally 3 times what everyone who uses this same horrible delivery company does...so they should probably step up and fix the issue. The stuff is not all that great and service is worse - save your money and sanity. Trust me.
