  • Ariel was SOOOO rude! I went to the drive thru and after telling me my total she didn't say a single word to me. I asked for a stopper for my drink that had already slashed all over the side of the cup. She acted so annoyed that I wanted a stopper. After I handed her my Starbucks card and she charged me she handed my card back and walked away. I waited for a few seconds because I wasn't even sure if I was done. She didn't offer me a receipt or say thank you or anything. My bad experiences at Starbucks are starting to outweigh the good ones.
