  • Being new to yelp, it's unfortunate that my first review has to be so negative. I brought my family into this establishment a few days ago. I must say that I was absolutely disgusted. This place was low class. My wings were way over cooked and dry, but I was not about to complain to someone in that place. The floors were dirty, the employees had scowls on their faces, we overheard one employee talking to another employee saying that she hates people as she stood at the hostess station, the lighting was terrible (dark and dingy) and the games stole my kids quarters!!! The only positive experience we had was our waitress. She greeted us at our table and introduced herself. After we told her that this was our first visit there, she welcomed us and also told us as that she was new to the establishment as of a few weeks and also new to Arizona. She spoke highly of the place and the food and was cheerful and polite. We talked with her for roughly five minutes and had a very nice personable conversation. I asked her what she would recommend on the menu and she gladly gave us all recommendations on the food that she thought was good. After taking our order, the food was delivered by a male waiter. This person was extremely rude and when I asked for more ranch he grumbled and walked away. A few minutes later, our waitress showed up with the extra ranch and again was very attentive and polite. She asked us if we wanted anything else to drink and so I ordered another beer. I then overheard her asking this male waiter questions about the beer and he snapped back at her with a very rude comment. As she struggled with the ordering system at the hostess station, he and another waitress looked at her and just laughed and made fun of her. Instead of helping her, the young man began to belittle her. Once my beer came to the table, I asked her if there was a manager on duty that I could speak with and she pointed at that young man. I declined to talk with him when I found that out. I was completely turned off to find out that management in that place treats their employees like total dog crap! Needless to say we all ate what we could of our food and left her a very nice tip! Her service was splendid, but I will never go back!!!!
