  • I am giving this company 3 stars because of the following: The customer service was excellent once I got someone on the phone. He was personable and arrived at the property promptly and fixed the problem. HOWEVER!!!! Rodney F. was accurate when he stated that the website's number for emergencies was not an accurate number. I had to number hop just like he did. I complained about this. I felt he was vague in his explanation and didn't really take my complaint seriously to do anything to change the narrative. I almost fell over when he charged me over $800 to stop a water tank leak which was causing flooding in the garage. I realize it was after hours, but I felt he took advantage of me because I was calling from out of state.
