Horrible customer service. Employees are poorly trained and have no idea about what they're doing. I asked the sales associate to grab me a ysl lipstick color that I had choosen. She grabbed me a coral color when I asked her nude beige. I had to waste my time to go exchange for the right color.
When I got to the Too Faced section of Sephora, I asked the sales associate working in the Too Faced section on what products are new and she would recommend. The sales associate didn't know much about Too Faced products EVEN THOUGH she was working in that section. She just randomly pointed out the melted liquid lipsticks. (Which came out 2 years ago). How do you not train your employees and update them so they can actually provide some decent customer service ?!
I was lining up to pay for my makeup, a sales associate would not leave me alone!! He kept trying to sell me some $45 diorshow mascara. I told him that I'm not interested, and he would not stop talking about how good the dior mascara is.
To be honest, these Sephora employees make the same as McDonald's employees. So don't expect some exceptional customer service.
