  • Never thought i would give this place a bad review because i have used them and recommended PODS for many years. Apparently they have a new program that drops off your POD right away but charges you an addition 'extortion' of $100 to remove it under 10-14 days later. When we tried to discuss the fact that we were repeat clients with an HOA issue, we were told "you have been given the options, call back when you decide what you want to do" then hung up. Such horrible customer service. I will not be recommending this company again and will gladly pay more to be treated like a human being, not a stray dog.
