  • Tried this dentist 4 times and every visit was a disaster. I had an Asian lady dentist who had fill a cavity and 4 months later I had to go back to fill again because it was causing me great discomfort. The wife of the establish who is a dentist filled it again which she had a difficult time fixing. She made me hold my mouth open for over an hour because she could not get it right. My jaw was shaking by towards the end due to the stress put on it. When she finally find is he's I got up very distraught from the pain. I went to pay and she had filled 2 other cavities which she did not tell me about. I felt obligated to pay so I did and left as all I wanted to do is leave. 8 months later again I had discomfort with the same tooth. I notified the receptionist who informed me that the cost would be covered since it was under a year. So I booked my appointment and saw the owner dentist. He said he would fix it but I had to go back. I went back a month later which he fixed and when I went to go finalize the paperwork the reception wanted to charge me full price. I disagreed so she called the dentist to the front. He said I had to pay because it was over a year. Even though it was he who asked me to come back. He agreed to using my insurance and that I didn't have to pay my portion in cash. Needless to say, I went back 3 months later because he still not get it right and he told me that I need to give it more time to heal. Needless to say I went to find myself another dentist I don't believe this husband and wife have any integrity in their work. I would caution everyone before walking into this office because when a debating conducts work without your consent is not ethical especially when you did not perform the work correctly initially.
