  • I've lived at the Waterfront for a few months now and my experience from touring to becoming a resident has been exceptional. The staff from property managers to maintenance has been excellent. They have constantly gone over and above on the very simplest of requests. I, myself, am in sales and it is truly the experience that matters to me. I cannot say enough great things! The property is beautiful, staff is warm and genuinely interested in making a difference with the residents, and I cannot honestly think of anything I would change at this point. They also do a great job of hosting resident events. We have such a great community! So Broadstone, Tiffany, Kylie, Ashley, and David, hats off to you all for your hard work. Please feel free to use me as a reference with any prospective residents. I am also happy to show them around myself. Thank you! A-
