  • What's with all of the bad reviews?!! I've not experienced any of the things that many others have mentioned. My Parents were recently shopping for a new flat screen TV, and after looking at other places, we decided to stop in this Best Buy. We were greeted immediately upon entering the store and wandered back towards the TVs. Before even making it back there, we noticed 2 different 60" TVs on sale. We decided that we were interested in one of them, and it wasn't too difficult to find a sales person to assist us with some questions we had. Unfortunately, the TV we wanted was a leftover holiday sale item and wasn't on the wall for us to compare to other TVs. But the rep showed us what would be similar and also explained the pluses and minuses of the unit. My parents were sold. It was really an easy transaction and we were in and out of there within about 20 minutes (including our shopping before the sale). They are excited about the cost of the delivery and set up ($199), which was cheaper than some other places we found. It also includes the wall mount, which could easily be $150 for a TV of that size. Everything will be delivered and set up on Friday, so I will come back and update this if anything goes horribly wrong! Overall, we are very pleased with both our purchase and the service we received.
