  • Horrible customer service. You can't call someone to resolve issues, they only deal with it through email which takes forever. I signed up with them for what I thought was a one time cleaning. Their website says they PRIMARILY do continuous cleaning, which doesn't mean ONLY. They won't let me cancel without slapping me with a $99 cancellation fee and won't give me back the $168 they took from my account even though I didn't have anyone clean my house. I'm now just going through my bank to get my money back. Will never use them again and will continue to spread the word of my horrible experience.
