  • The customer service is awful. Every time I walk in, the lady is playing games on her phone. She looks up and seems extremely irritated that I interrupted her candy crush marathon. As I am trying to filling out my form she has her phone right next to me swiping away and not even acknowledging me while her game music is blaring. I went in to pick up my clothes, and she couldn't find them...she tried to hand me someone else's clothes. Once again, VERY rude and she even yelled at me as if I'm the one that was in the wrong. I may have lost my ticket, but she could have easily found them by looking up my last name. Instead she got a serious attitude. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I go to this place. She needs to be fired.
