  • I've been storing my belongings in this location going 3 years now... for a year 1/2 our rate was the same... when extra storage took over our rate went up 3 times.... on top of it... we have an incident. One of the swamp water pipe broke and flooded our storage room... 5 of our boxes in our storage room was damage that was not reinvest as they promise from 2 different manager.. It's just sad to experience that I been with this company for more than 3 years and have to go through all this process and nothing has been done!!! For Security and the loyalty to this Company that cares for you and your belonging have no value to your belongings... EXTRA STORAGE is the worst company to have your items to be stored....
