I got a living social deal for an alignment and tire rotation. I called to setup an appointment, expecting for them not to be able to get me in for a few weekends since I'm using a LivingSocial deal. I called on a Friday and the scheduled me for the very next morning. I was really surprised they got me in so fast.
I show up for my appointment and before I even get out of the car, a gentleman walks up and greets me. That absolutely blew me away. Turns out he was the gentleman that I setup my appointment with. He got me all setup and explained everything to me.
He told me it'd be about 30-45 minutes, so I told him I was going to walk across the street to get some breakfast. When I told him this, he walked me outside to tell me of all the places to eat within walking distance and made recommendations.
I came back in and the vehicle was just getting pulled into the garage, no problem at all.
During the service the manager, Paul, came in to keep my updated on the progress. Once they were all done; they rang me up, gave me a welcome packet and made me feel like they really value me.
I couldn't say enough good things about Paul and his employee (I wish I would have got his name). I honestly expected to get some attitude or subpar service due to me using a LivingSocial, but that was not the case at all.
I will definitely return for my vehicle maintenance and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
