  • Just got back from Cold Stone about 20 minutes ago. My wife who is pregnant has been craving some ice cream lately. We passed by to get her ice cream and I looked at their menu and tried her ice cream and thought to myself that I might wanna try some. I don't have a problem whatsoever with the ice cream from Cold Stone. But we were serviced by this dude who gave us such a horrible attitude. Throughout this whole experienced this dude was just annoyed of working there. He was very unprofessional and would always look at you like your stupid. At first I wanted a normal ice cream flavored cake batter and yellow vanilla scoop with a waffle cone. The guy began to put these two ice creams together and then my wife told me they serve smoothies which she knows I'm a big fan of smoothies. I tell the guy if it's not much of a hassle I would like to change my order to a smoothie. My wife then adds to the conversation saying "If that's okay with you?" The guy gave us such an annoyed look threw the ice cream in the garbage started to whisper with his coworker and then turned to us and said "She'll be taking your order." I then said "Oh okay thank you." While trying to maintain my cool. The guy walks away shaking his head annoyed thinking he wasn't being watched by me. The girl that then finished my order was very polite and respectful. I was very tempted to tell her that her coworker is very unprofessional but the only reason I didn't is cause my wife told me not to say anything and to let it go. Once again I have NO PROBLEM with the ice cream of Cold Stone. But whoever is hiring these kids should really reconsider. This kid was rude and unprofessional. If I ever get Cold Stone again it won't be there or I will refuse to be serviced by unprofessional and rude people. Beware of this kid. Next time you see him be unprofessional let his coworker know. He gives customer like me who are just wanting to have a good time and good ice cream a bad experience.
