  • Lister Assister is a useful tool for agents as long as you live in a perfect world. If for some reason you have an issue and need to change the time or day forget about it! I have been working with them for Multiple years now and I am usually very happy with the pictures but god help you if you need to deal with your account representative. I scheduled pictures for twilight with drone shots. I got a text at 9:15 in the morning telling me the drone photographer would be arriving shortly. I was wondering if they had made a MISTAKE. I first text the photographer o.k. and then I called my husband and asked if it was o.k. for the drone photographer to take pics early? He said NO the dumpster and trucks are still here. I immediately hung up and called Will the drone photographer to tell him that it was NOT o.k. that he arrive early that we were not ready and were waiting on the dumpster to be removed. He told me there had been a lot of screwed up appt's since they had been separating out the drone photographer and the regular photographer for different times. I told him I had requested twilight photos and had gotten a call that explained there would be 2 DIFFERENT photographer's but that the times would still be the same TWIHLIGHT). He said he would call the office and explain the situation. Well after being a customer for quite some time and using them for all of my listings they told my husband too bad your wife called off the drone and you will still be charged $40 and no drone pics.
