  • Went there the other morning to purchase a few items that Lowe's didn't have. I needed assistance, and for 10 minutes or so, wandered around looking for someone. I finally found someone who told me that wasn't their department but they would call someone. The person they called was excellent, helpful, knowledgeable, and told me about H.D.'s other services. Great customer service from him (in the electrical department). Went to checkout, stood in line while one cashier was busy, but three employees were standing nearby talking about the corporate office. I got to hear the whole story was I waited again. Finally, the cashier that was working asked the others for help and I was finally checked out. I've always found the location at Arroyo Crossing great, but this one.....eh.....I will stick with Lowe's in this area. If I happened to be near Arroyo Crossing, I'll go to that HD. I was not impressed with this one at all.
