  • Had a hysterectomy November 2015. Surgery scheduled for 11 am started late at 2 pm. Night shift nurses Eugenia and Nicole were awesome. Took great care of me. Only concerns, Stranger walked in my room, looked at me, then used my bathroom! I called nurse but they did not seem alarmed-weird reaction. Computer discharged me at midnight so I was unable to receive meds for pain until my record was reentered. Now I've received additional bill for a 2nd day. Been trying for a week to get thru to billing. Care was good but the admin/billing part needs work.
