  • Came to take my pr photo, showed the girl the specification which says, face should be in the middle of the photograph, despite my photo came out with head near the bottom of photograph, she ignored it and repeatedly said it was okay, they just need to see your face, after calling CIC to confirm that the photo was cut wrong, I had to brave the cold weather to visit the studio TWICE to retake my photo, there was not a single word of apology from the store although they admitted it was but wrong. The second take is merely okay, one side of my shoulders is tilted. A total mistake and disappointment I find it is with regards to the service and quality of work offered at Adina. They might treat their old patrons well, but defiantly not new customers, so cold and indifferent...
