  • Didn't realize my last review was almost 2 years ago! Well here's an update... Prowess is still hands down the best of the best in aerial studios! I have been taking classes with Lindsay since 2013 and she has never changed in being so helpful, so patient, and she truly wants her students to succeed. Lindsay goes WAY above and beyond for everyone. I have loved every single class I have taken - at this point, I think I've tried almost all of the apparatuses! Each one is awesome and I've made a ton of friends from this studio. If you're a beginner, go try out some classes and talk to people! I promise you will end up with lifelong friends. The pole community is amazing, and it all started for me at Prowess! (And I also started with zero flexibility or strength, so don't let that stop you!) Thank you to Lindsay, as well as the other instructors Heather, Jenna, Tawnya, Alex, for creating such a positive and fun environment for us to HANG out in (get it!) :)
