I started my lifestyle change a month ago by signing up for the WORK class at Max Effort. I have to say it's the best thing I've ever done! I was nervous about it being my first time, stressed myself out about what people would think of me, and my confidence just wasn't there. None of that mattered though. Everyone is so incredibly welcoming and truly wants you to succeed. Not only am I physically healthier, my mental health has changed for the better. The workouts aren't easy but every second counts and the staff is always there supporting you. I absolutely love going and see my body becoming what I want it to be. Strong!! Thank you Max Effort!!!
