rev:text	I am very disappointed with the companies costumer service. This is the second afternoon I have waited for 4 hours for a service man to show up...both times a plumber has never showed. My husband bought the membership and we were told that would bump us up on the list, and yet we still have not had our drains videoed. I will be calling for a refund, very disappointed. I will say that the first tech to come out was very nice, that's why I have given 2 stars.
