  • Spectrum Eye Care vs Walmart, Target, etc; in Customer Service Satisfaction. Spectrum Eye Care, You the customer expect good customer care in such a facility to purchase their over priced Eye wear. Last year a purchase a pair of prescription sunglasses that didn't help me much, due to little use because the legs of the frames can't be adjusted, they look like a runaway train, my pinkie fingers fits on both sides. This year, my vision gotten worst. I ordered a new pair, was told that within two weeks. Two weeks passed, called them, was told that it will take a extra day or two due to an anti fog application. Was told that no later than Monday 2/26/18, still no glasses. Worst off, they didn't even bother to call me with a follow up call explaining such a delay now? Worst customer service ever! Would have given them ZERO! Start review. I spoke to them and was very clear that I needed my Eye Prescription because I had to give 2 presentations that required lots of reading, didn't matter to them. I will no longer purchase an eye product from this business, ever. Too unprofessional.
