  • I am greatly sadden to even have to write this review. The staff is racist, pathetic and all need to be fired on up the the mgr. Bobby, & even regional mgr. The mgr Dallas, and asst mgr Carmen are unintelligent bigots. If you are a professional PLEASE AVOID THIS property They treat their customers differently based on race, and sex of patron. If you are an African American male AVOID this location. I was denied a room here even though i had paid and presented all legal forms of identification even my MILITARY ID. I AM 40 YEARS old and have never been discriminated against the way the management and even reg. mgr treated me. They claimed i was aggressive but refused to review the video tape with me of my interaction with staff. ANYWAY THIS IS ONE OF THOSE MAKE AMERICA TRUMP ORGANIZATIONS!! (FIGURE IT OUT) I have a laundry list of academic accomplishments including 2 master degrees, and one year from a doctorate and treated like i stole something. JUST DESPICABLE! NO CORRECTION, oversight or even remorse!
