I thought the first visit must have just been an off day, but the second trip confirmed that this place is dreadful. I have never been met with such poor customer service at a place that I am try very hard to spend some money at.
The first trip I was "greeted" by a rude and condescending worker. I may not be a botanist, but I knew exactly what I was looking for. No need to ask if I was sure those were the plants that I needed. I knew what I needed to replace in my yard, a yard that he had never seen. I was not asking for his opinion, all I needed was him to get what I needed and send me on my way.
The second trip sealed the deal that I would never return. No greeting this time, I had to ask if they could tell me where a specific plant was located. I think that if someone is out in the front appearing as someone that should be able to help the public as they come in they should know the inventory instead of looking like I asked him what aisle the oatmeal cream pies were in. So I quickly get over that interaction and find what I need. The most irritating part of my trip was the checkout. I recommend that if you heed my advice and go to this place anyway make sure to grab someone up front to carry your plant(s) to the front even if it is one just to ensure that you can jump in front of anyone that may be already standing in line waiting to check-out. I refuse to stand by as workers have people cut in front of me in line just because I didn't have them carry my one plant to the register.
NEVER AGAIN!
